Each option begins with the same 45-minute mat Pilates class. From there, layer on the self-care moment that meets you where you are.
Forty-five minutes on the mat to strengthen, lengthen, and realign. Paced and cued so every body finds the work.
Class plus a 10-minute restorative facial: gentle cleanse, facial massage, serum and moisturizer. Skin and breath, unhurried.
Class plus a 10-minute tension-releasing massage. The kind of stillness your shoulders have been waiting for.
Community gatherings that bring women together. Movement, self-care, and the kind of room where you can exhale.
